PLEASE READ BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT

Booking:

To secure your booking there is a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of £10. This deposit amount will be deducted from your remaining balance on the day of your appointment. The deposit can only be refunded if I cancel your appointment.

If you need to reschedule a booking, please do so no later than 72 hours prior to your appointment, if you don't reschedule within 72 hours you will lose your deposit.

Payments:

The remainder of your appointment charge can be paid by cash, bank transfer or Apple Pay on the day of appointment. Please if possible, bring the correct amount of the remaining charge if you are paying in cash.

Late/No-Show:

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time of the appointment booked and your deposit will be lost.

People often get a bit lost on their first appointment so please leave extra time and call me on 07760 233 523 if you need directions.

Removal:

New clients

Please attend your appointment with bare nails, I do not remove other nail technician’s work. If you do arrive with another technicians work on your nails, I will not be able to carry out the appointment and your deposit will be lost.

Existing clients

Please book an appointment for removal to your treatment if needed, this will ensure that the correct time is allocated to you.

Repairs:

I will repair any chipped nails for free within 48 hours of your appointment. Any chipping after 48 hours you will need to book a nail repair service - No refunds will be given.

Refusal of treatment:

If your hands, nails, or feet show any signs of infection, have open wounds or your nail beds are extensively damaged I have the right to refuse my services and your deposit will be lost. If you have any concerns re the above, please contact me to discuss prior to booking.
